As you are selling your own home, you are only paying us for listing and marketing your property. This is why we don’t charge commission even though we are a registered Real Estate Agency.
When you’ve decided on the package that will best suit your needs, select it and choose any extras before entering your basic details and registering. Once you’ve entered your payment details, your account will be created and you can log into the Virtual Agent Portal. It takes less than 2 mintues to start creating your listing.
The Virtual Agent Portal is where you create your listing. You can edit this at any time. The portal also shows you live statistics on your social media campaigns and views achieved on property websites along with detailed information on your buyer profile and online support. All viewings and buyer enquiries are managed through our Virtual Agent Portal where you can talk directly to potential buyers without providing personal contact details.

Contracts for purchase or sale of property are normally dealt with (or at least checked) by a licenced conveyancer or a solicitor who specialises in property. This ensures you are protected and all your legal obligations are met.
No but you can only list on and use companies such as if you have a Real Estate licence. Zule is a fully licenced Real Estate Agency so we can list and market through these recognised companies just like traditional Real Estate Agencies, without the commission.

All of our professional signboards provide a property ID with Zule’s contact details. Your property can be found on our website with the property ID or address. When a potential buyer enquires about your property, you will receive a notification to log into the Virtual Agent Portal where enquiries, appointments and even negotiations can be undertaken with potential buyers. The communications display your name and it is your choice whether you provide your phone number or any other personal details.
Yes (unless your property is outside the service area). Listings with professional photography sell 32% faster ( and unprofessional photos often mean people will simply skip past your property. If you already have your own professional photos (you may have already paid for them with a former Real Estate Agent), please contact us confirming which package you would like and we can customise this for you.
No private sales aren’t allowed on however Zule is a licenced Real Estate Agency and has the ability to promote your property on the top listing sites.
We recommend you have a professional valuation from a Registered Valuer. We also provide links within the Virtual Agent Portal to market data which provides a guide price range. This however does not take into consideration the unique selling points of your property.
Once the listing has been created and the photos have been uploaded we will publish your listing. This will be reflected on all listing sites and social media by the next business day.
